Holiday deposits are required for reservations falling near and over:

• Fourth of July
• Thanksgiving
• Christmas Eve 
• Christmas Day
• New Years Eve
• New Years Day

There is a 10 day cancellation policy for holiday reservations. The deposit will be non-refundable if the reservation is canceled less than 10 days from check-in.
